Alright!!! This site is working well. Finally got ACLs working, so those of you on campus can edit all pages except for the index and sidebar. Also made logins and registration use https.

Hi, I love your wiki-ed web site, but my favorite feature is that only people on campus can make changes (and only admins can change side bars and home page). Do you have any tips to help someone setting up a similar site on campus can achieve this as well? Thanks!

We used an addin for dokuwiki called ipacl. This allowed us to use an IP address in our access control lists, giving permissions to specific subnets. Specifically, we added 128.4, 128.175, and 10. for those connecting via VPN. ~ Jason
